Hi, 🦧 I’m Mitch and I work as a threat detection engineer at Samsara. I help companies develop detection logic and mechanisms to identify cyber threats within enterprise and cloud environments. A while ago I worked at Schiphol Airport (2019-2022) building security data pipelines in Splunk and developing automations for threat intelligence.

Some quick facts about me:

• I was born and raised in Romania and moved to the Netherlands in 2014 after working for 7 years in Bucharest
• I’m married and have a toddler
